Radiographic examination of the paranasal sinuses using an X-ray machine can be performed with various projections. Selection right projection will provide imaging results that support diagnosis process. This study aims to analyze management radiographic and use projections for in patients clinical sinusitis at Mayapada Hospital Lebak Bulus. research method is descriptive qualitative secondary data analysis approach January 2022. The sample consisted six who underwent sinusitis. process includes literature study, observation interviews. instruments used are worksheets documentation tools. Interviews were conducted two radiographers one radiology specialist. result this or three Examination projections, consisting a parietoacanthial (water's open mouth) lateral projection. Three-projection consists projection, Posteroanterior PA axial (caldwell method).
